Service breakdown
Most B2B revenue stalls - not because of bad marketing, but because nothing connects to anything.
Too many mid-market businesses are running marketing in one silo, sales in another, and data ignored entirely. The result? Leads that go cold in the CRM. Pipeline nobody trusts. A board meeting where everyone agrees something isn't working and nobody agrees what. Revenue Enablement fixes the joins — turning a fragmented funnel into one connected system that actually grows the number.
CRM that earns its keep.
HubSpot, Salesforce or both — built around how your business actually sells, not the platform's default settings.
Sales sequences that get replies.
Outbound and follow-up sequences mapped to real buyer behaviour, with AI in the workflow and humans in the conversation.
Marketing and sales, finally aligned.
Shared lifecycle stages, agreed lead definitions, joined-up reporting. One pipeline, one source of truth, one number to chase.
Dashboards your board will trust.
Attribution that holds up to scrutiny, pipeline forecasts that move with the business, and analytics you can act on by Monday morning.

Quote from the founder
Marketing teams don't fail because they're bad at marketing. They fail because the second a lead lands in the CRM, the connection breaks. Revenue Enablement is how we fix the join — and how marketing finally gets credit for the revenue it generated.

FAQs
Common questions.
We unite data, marketing and sales into one B2B growth system. That's The power of connection.
What type of businesses do you work with?

UK B2B, mid-market, ambitious. Software, professional services, industrial, healthcare, financial services. The common thread is leadership teams who’ve outgrown point solutions and want one connected growth system instead.

What does working with PTP actually look like day-to-day?

A dedicated team inside your CRM and your Slack. Weekly working sessions, monthly performance reviews, quarterly strategy. Dashboards you can read at a glance. And a measurable working partnership — not a quarterly status email.

We're a mid-market business. Are we the right size for PTP?

Probably yes. PTP is built for ambitious UK B2B mid-market businesses — typically £20m–£100m turnover, with marketing, sales and data functions in place but not yet pulling together. If that sounds like you, you’re in the sweet spot.

We're already working with a marketing agency. Do we need to switch?

Often, no. Revenue Enablement sits underneath whatever marketing you're already doing — the CRM, the sales engine, the data layer. We work alongside in-house teams and other agencies all the time. The conversation we’d want to have is whether your current setup is actually joined up.

Do we need to overhaul everything, or can you work with what we've got?

We start with what you've got. Most clients come to us with HubSpot or Salesforce already in place — often half-built. We audit, fix the joins, and recommend additions only where they pay for themselves. No rip-and-replace unless the stack genuinely can’t support the business.

How long before we see real results?

Quick wins inside 30 days — usually CRM hygiene, scoring fixes, sequence rebuilds. Pipeline impact compounds over 3–6 months as the system beds in. Real, defensible revenue growth shows up in the 6–12 month window. Anyone promising faster is selling, not delivering.

We've been burned by agencies before. What makes PTP any different?

We get it — most agencies sell strategy and disappear once the contract's signed. PTP works the opposite way round. We embed in your CRM, your sales meetings and your data, and we measure ourselves on the same numbers your board does. If pipeline doesn't move, neither does our retainer.

Can you also manage our HubSpot on an ongoing basis after the build?

Yes — and most clients continue with us after the initial build or optimisation. Ongoing HubSpot management covers: new workflow and automation builds as the business evolves, reporting updates, list management, portal health monitoring, new team member onboarding, and quarterly reviews of CRM performance against commercial goals. The CRM is a living system — it should grow with the business, not sit static after implementation.
