Revenue Intelligence

Stop guessing where to invest. Start knowing.

Most B2B marketing teams are making budget decisions on incomplete evidence. The data exists — it's just scattered, disconnected, and telling five different stories. We bring it together into a single, commercially honest view of where your revenue comes from, what's driving it, and where to invest next. That's The power of connection.

The Problem
Most B2B marketing budgets are allocated on instinct, not intelligence.
The board asks which channels are driving revenue. Marketing presents a dashboard full of impressions, clicks, and sessions. The honest answer — the one nobody wants to give — is that nobody really knows. Last-click attribution says Google Ads. The head of sales says it was a referral. The CMO suspects it was the webinar from six months ago. They're all probably right. And none of that helps you decide where next quarter's budget goes.

The problem isn't a lack of data. It's a lack of connection. GA4 doesn't talk to the CRM. The CRM doesn't see the full journey. Paid channels take last-touch credit for deals that started organically. And the reporting layer sits on top of all of it, producing numbers that look credible and mean nothing.

We build the intelligence layer that changes that.
A single commercial view of performance.
Marketing, sales, and revenue data joined into one source of truth — so the whole leadership team is looking at the same numbers and drawing the same conclusions.
Attribution that reflects reality.
Multi-touch, full-funnel attribution that accounts for every touchpoint in the journey — not just the last click before the form fill. You see what's actually driving pipeline.
Budget allocation that compounds.
When you know which channels, campaigns, and audiences are generating the highest-value revenue, you can shift budget toward them with confidence — and stop funding what isn't working.
Forecasting with foundations.
Revenue models built on real conversion data, not optimistic assumptions. Targets that are grounded in what the pipeline is actually capable of producing.

What we do
Clarity that compounds. Intelligence that drives decisions.
We don't build dashboards and disappear. We build the intelligence layer, stay in it with you, and translate the data into commercial decisions.
1
Revenue Attribution Modelling

Full-funnel, multi-touch attribution across paid, organic, social, content, events, and outbound. You see the real contribution of every channel to every closed deal — not just what Google Analytics is willing to admit.

2
Marketing Mix Analysis

A clear-eyed view of where your budget is working and where it isn't. We map spend against pipeline and revenue across every channel, so the next budget decision is evidence-led, not political.

3
Pipeline Analytics & Funnel Visibility

Stage-by-stage conversion analysis from first touch to closed-won. We find where leads are dropping out, where velocity slows, and which campaigns are generating pipeline that actually closes.

4
Customer Lifetime Value & Cohort Analysis

Not all revenue is equal. We segment customers by acquisition channel, cohort, and behaviour to show which sources generate the highest-value, longest-retained customers — and which inflate CAC without delivering LTV.

5
Forecasting & Revenue Modelling

Demand and revenue forecasts built on your actual funnel data, not industry benchmarks. Targets your commercial team can defend to the board and plan against with confidence.

6
Lead Scoring & Prioritisation

Behavioural and firmographic scoring models that surface the leads most likely to convert — so sales focuses on the right accounts and marketing feeds them better signals.

7
Reporting Architecture & Dashboards

Looker Studio, BigQuery, HubSpot, Salesforce — we build the reporting layer that brings everything together. One dashboard. One version of the truth. Open it any time.

8
Channel ROI Analysis

Paid search, paid social, SEO, content, email, events. We put a revenue number against each channel so budget conversations stop being about gut feel and start being about evidence.

9
Insight-Led Growth Strategy

The intelligence only matters if it changes what you do next. We translate the data into a prioritised growth roadmap — which channels to invest in, which to scale back, and what to test in the next 90 days.

The platforms

The platforms that power the intelligence.

Revenue intelligence is only as good as the data it's built on. We work across your full stack — connecting the platforms, cleaning the data, and making sure what comes out of the reporting layer is something you can actually act on.
We don’t just ‘do’ marketing; we grow brands.

FAQs
Common questions.
We unite data, marketing and sales into one B2B growth system. That's The power of connection.
We're a mid-market business, not an enterprise. Is this the right level of investment for us?

Mid-market is exactly where revenue intelligence has the most impact. Enterprise businesses have teams of analysts and six-figure BI platforms. Early-stage businesses don’t yet have enough data to model. Mid-market businesses — with real marketing spend, real sales teams, and real growth targets — are the organisations where clarity on where revenue comes from makes the most direct commercial difference. If you’re spending five or six figures on marketing and you can’t confidently attribute it to revenue, the intelligence pays for itself.

Can this help us make the case internally for more marketing budget?

Yes — and it’s one of the most common reasons teams come to us. When you can show the board a credible model that connects marketing spend to pipeline and revenue, budget conversations change fundamentally. You’re no longer defending activity. You’re presenting evidence. We build the intelligence layer specifically so it can be used in commercial conversations at leadership level — clear, defensible, and free of the vanity metrics that undermine credibility.

How long before we have a picture we can use?

A first-pass view of channel performance and attribution — something genuinely useful — is typically achievable within four to six weeks. A full revenue intelligence build with forecasting, cohort analysis, and a live reporting layer takes longer, usually three to four months depending on the complexity of your stack and the state of your data. We give you a clear timeline at the audit stage and flag anything that might extend it.

We don't have a clean data set. Our CRM is a mess. Can you still help?

This is actually the most common starting point. A messy CRM isn’t a blocker — it’s a brief. We’ve built revenue intelligence on top of fragmented, incomplete, partially-duplicated datasets more often than clean ones. We start with a data audit, establish what’s trustworthy and what isn’t, and build the intelligence model on solid foundations rather than papering over the cracks. Where the data genuinely doesn’t exist, we’ll tell you — and tell you how to start capturing it.

Is this just a reporting upgrade, or does it actually change what we do?

It should change what you do — otherwise it’s just a more expensive dashboard. The output of revenue intelligence is a set of commercial decisions: which channels to invest in, which to reduce, which campaigns to scale, where the funnel is losing deals it should be winning. We don’t hand over a report and disappear. We stay in the analysis with you, turn the insight into a prioritised action plan, and check whether the decisions we recommended are generating the outcomes we expected.

We've tried attribution modelling before and couldn't agree on what the numbers meant. How is this different?

Attribution disagreements are usually a symptom of the same underlying problem: different teams are looking at different data with different definitions, and calling it a methodology debate. We start by aligning on what revenue attribution is supposed to answer for the business — not what’s technically achievable — and build the model backwards from that commercial question. The result is a framework the whole leadership team can read from the same dashboard and act on, rather than a modelling exercise that ends in a spreadsheet argument.

We have GA4 and HubSpot already. Don't we have the data we need?

You probably have most of the raw data — but having data and having intelligence are different things. GA4 tells you about sessions and conversions on the website. HubSpot tells you about contacts and deals in the CRM. What neither tells you, out of the box, is the full journey from first touchpoint to closed revenue across both systems and everything in between. Revenue intelligence is what happens when you connect those platforms, validate the data, and build a model that tells the whole story. Most teams who go through this process discover that what they thought was working wasn’t — and what they were undervaluing was doing the heavy lifting.

Do I need a large team to benefit from advanced analytics?

No. We design solutions scaled to your team size and maturity — from a simple reporting dashboard to a full predictive analytics stack — with room to grow.
