AI Optimisation

AI that actually moves the needle.Built by people who've been doing it since before everyone else.

PTP was building with AI before most agencies had booked their first ChatGPT demo. We've spent that time doing something more useful than experimenting: we've built a bespoke, marketing-first AI growth stack — tested in live campaigns, refined against real commercial goals, and deployed securely for ambitious B2B businesses. We've got our AIs on the prize. That's The power of connection.

The Problem
Most businesses are using AI. Very few are using it properly.
The rush to AI has produced a predictable result: a lot of licences, a lot of experimentation, and very little that's connected to actual business outcomes. Teams are using ChatGPT to write emails and Copilot to summarise meetings. A few brave souls have built some Zapier automations. And somewhere in the background, a vendor is promising that their AI platform will "transform your marketing" by Q3.

None of it is wrong exactly. It's just not enough. AI deployed in isolation — tool by tool, team by team, use case by use case — produces incremental gains at best. The businesses pulling ahead are the ones who have wired AI into their growth system: connected to their data, their campaigns, their customer journeys, and their commercial targets. That's a different thing entirely. And it's what we build.
Early adoption that compounds.
We've been building with AI since the beginning — not because it was trendy, but because we could see what it would do for marketing performance. That head start means our clients aren't learning with us. They're benefiting from what we've already learned.
A stack built for marketing, not for IT.
Our AI deployment is marketing-first by design. Every tool, workflow, and automation is built around campaign performance, content at scale, audience intelligence, and revenue outcomes — not generic productivity gains.
Secure, governed deployment.
We take AI governance seriously. No client data goes into public models without explicit protocols. Every deployment is built with security, IP protection, and data compliance at its core — so your board and legal team can sleep at night.
Speed without sacrifice.
The goal isn't to replace good thinking with fast output. It's to give your best thinking more horsepower. AI handles the scale, the repetition, the pattern-spotting. Strategy, judgement, and creative direction stay with the humans.

What we do
Our AI growth stack. Built for marketing. Built for results.
PTP's AI growth stack is a bespoke, marketing-first deployment architecture that connects the best-in-class AI tools to the places in your marketing and sales engine where they create the most commercial impact. It isn't a product we sell. It's a methodology we apply, configured specifically to your business, your goals, and your stack.
1
Campaign optimisation and performance intelligence.

Briefs, copy, creative variants, localised assets — produced at a pace and volume that would take a traditional content team months, without losing the quality and strategic voice that makes content worth reading. We build the prompting architecture and content governance so output is consistent, on-brand, and genuinely useful.

2
Campaign optimisation and performance intelligence.

AI models that analyse campaign data in real time — identifying what's working, surfacing patterns that human analysts would miss, and making bid, budget, and targeting recommendations faster than any manual process. Not instead of your team. Alongside them.

3
AI-driven audience intelligence and segmentation.

Machine learning models that go beyond demographic segmentation to identify behavioural signals, intent patterns, and lookalike audiences that convert. Built on your first-party data, connected to your CRM and paid channels, and continuously refined as new data comes in.

4
Workflow and process automation.

AI-assisted workflows that remove the manual overhead from your marketing operations: brief generation, reporting, quality checks, approval routing, asset distribution. The repetitive work that eats your team's time gets handed to the machine. The strategic work stays with the people.

5
Secure AI deployment and governance.

A framework for deploying AI across your marketing function that protects your data, your IP, and your compliance obligations. We set the protocols, build the guardrails, and train your team on safe, effective AI use — so the capability compounds over time rather than creating risk.

6
AI-assisted personalisation at scale.

Dynamic content, adaptive email sequences, and personalised campaign experiences built on behavioural and CRM data. Not the kind of "personalisation" that just inserts a first name. The kind that serves the right message to the right person at the right moment in their journey.

The platforms

The AI tools we work with.

We're platform-agnostic in the sense that we recommend what earns its keep — not what's loudest in the market. We work across the leading AI platforms, large language models, and automation tools, and we stay ahead of the curve so our clients don't have to.
We don’t just ‘do’ marketing; we grow brands.

FAQs
Common questions.
We unite data, marketing and sales into one B2B growth system. That's The power of connection.
What does ongoing AI optimisation actually involve? Is it a one-time deployment?

It’s not a one-time deployment — and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you a setup, not a service. AI performance compounds when it’s continuously fed new data, tested against new creative variants, and adjusted as the model learns. We build the stack, stay in it, and keep optimising: new use cases as they emerge, model updates as the tools improve, performance analysis to ensure the AI is generating commercial outcomes, not just outputs. Monthly working sessions, live dashboards, and a roadmap that updates as the data changes.

Can you work with our existing marketing agency or in-house team?

Yes — and this is a common model. We often come in as the AI layer on top of an existing marketing setup: building the stack, deploying the tools, training the team, and staying in the system to optimise. We’re not precious about being the only agency in the room. If your current setup is working and AI is the missing piece, we build the missing piece.

We've been burned by tech vendors overselling AI. What makes PTP different?

We’re not selling you a platform. We don’t have a product that needs shifting. We’re a marketing agency that has built AI capability because it makes our clients’ results better — and we were doing that before AI became the thing every agency puts on their homepage. We’ll tell you what’s genuinely useful for your business and what isn’t. If there’s a use case where AI won’t outperform your current approach, we’ll say so. The goal is better commercial outcomes, not AI for its own sake.

How quickly can we get AI working in our marketing function?

Faster than most people expect, but slower than vendors tend to promise. The first quick wins — AI-assisted content production, automated reporting, campaign performance analysis — are typically deployable within four to six weeks. A full stack build, connected to your CRM and paid channels and properly governed, takes three to four months. We give you a clear roadmap at the scoping stage: what deploys first, what the expected impact is, and how the capability compounds over time.

Will AI replace our in-house marketing team?

No — and we’d push back on any agency that implies it will. AI doesn’t replace good marketing thinking. It gives good marketing thinking more horsepower. Our deployments are built to remove the manual overhead that eats your team’s time — the repetitive content production, the data analysis that takes half a day, the reporting that writes itself — so the humans can focus on the strategic and creative work that actually requires them. The teams we work with consistently tell us AI made them better at their jobs, not redundant.

How do you handle data security? We have GDPR obligations and a cautious legal team.

This is the right question to ask, and we’re glad when clients ask it early. Every PTP AI deployment is built with data governance at its foundation: no client data enters public models without explicit data processing agreements and protocol controls, all deployments are scoped against your GDPR and sector-specific compliance requirements, and we document the governance framework so your legal and IT teams can review and sign off. We’ve designed the process to get your cautious legal team to yes, not to work around them.

We've dabbled with ChatGPT internally. Is that not the same thing?

It’s a start — but it’s a long way from a deployed AI growth stack. Individual tool experimentation produces individual results: a faster email here, a quicker first draft there. What it doesn’t produce is compounding, system-level performance improvement. PTP’s approach connects AI to your actual marketing infrastructure — your campaigns, your CRM, your data, your customer journey — so the gains aren’t one-off, they’re ongoing. The difference between using a hammer and building a production line.

Which CRM platforms do you work with?

We specialise in HubSpot and Salesforce, covering setup, migration, optimisation, integration, and ongoing management.
