Tech Stack Optimisation

Your stack is full. Your systems are empty.

PTP audits, connects and optimises the technology platforms that power your marketing and sales — so you stop working around them and start growing through them. That's The power of connection.

The Problem
Most businesses don't have a marketing problem. They have a disconnected tech stack problem.
Most B2B businesses didn't plan their tech stack. They bought platforms reactively — a CRM here, an automation tool there, a data warehouse bolted on later. The result is a sprawl of systems that don't talk to each other, attribution that stops working at handoff points, and teams who spend more time managing spreadsheets than managing pipeline.

We're built to fix exactly that. Not by ripping everything out and starting again, but by reconnecting what's already there, removing what isn't earning its keep, and building a foundation your marketing and sales teams can actually rely on.
Platforms that pull together.
HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, Meta, Google Ads — all connected, all sharing data, all pointing in the same direction. Not running in parallel and pretending that's a system.
Attribution you can trust.
You see which channels drive real pipeline, where the conversion happens, and what the next pound should do. No more "it might have been that LinkedIn campaign."
Automation that earns its keep.
Workflows that actually fire. Lead routing that actually routes. Nurture sequences that don't get stuck. Systems that do what they're supposed to do, every time.
Reporting that means something.
Dashboards built for decisions, not decoration. You see what's working, what isn't, and what to do about it — without needing a data analyst in the room.

What we do
The whole stack. Working as one.
We don't audit and disappear. We connect with you, build the infrastructure, and stay in it with you.

Quote from the founder
"Every business we work with has the same problem: brilliant people working in brilliant silos. Our job is to tear those walls down, connect everything that should be connected, and make the whole machine pull together."

The platforms

We work in your stack. On your terms.

Your tech stack is your tech stack. We don't tell you to rip it out — we make it work properly. HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, Meta, Google Ads, BigQuery, Zapier, Make, SEMrush, Shopify, call tracking platforms, custom APIs and everything in between. Whatever shape your stack is in, we connect it and pull it together.
We don’t just ‘do’ marketing; we grow brands.

FAQs
Common questions.
We unite data, marketing and sales into one B2B growth system. That's The power of connection.
What size businesses do you typically work with?

UK B2B mid-market is our sweet spot — most of our clients sit between £20m and £100m turnover. Big enough that the tech stack has real complexity. Ambitious enough that fixing it makes a material commercial difference. If you’re in B2B and you’re growing, we’re worth a conversation.

We've been burned by tech consultants before. Deliverables without implementation. How is PTP different?

We’re not a strategy-deck agency. We build things. The audit leads to a roadmap. The roadmap leads to implementation. Implementation leads to ongoing optimisation. We stay in the system with you — not because we bill by the hour, but because connected infrastructure is only valuable when it’s maintained. You get a dedicated team, not a report.

What does success look like after six months of working together?

Your CRM is clean and your pipeline is visible. Your attribution model is working — you know which channels drive revenue, not just which ones get clicks. Automation is firing correctly without manual oversight. Reporting dashboards are trusted by the board. And your teams are spending time on strategy, not spreadsheets. That’s the baseline. Most clients go further than that.

We're already working with an agency or in-house team. Can you work alongside them?

Yes — and this is common. We often work at the infrastructure layer alongside an incumbent agency managing the channels, or alongside an in-house team who are strong on campaigns but don’t have the technical depth for stack architecture. We align with whoever is running what, and make sure the data flows between them properly.

How long does a tech stack audit take?

A full audit — martech review, CRM health check, data flow mapping, attribution analysis — typically takes two to three weeks. You get a written report, a prioritised recommendation list, and a clear view of what should happen and in what order. Most clients start seeing quick wins within the first 30 days after the audit.

We already have HubSpot / Salesforce set up. Why do we need you?

Having a platform and having it working properly are two very different things. Most CRMs we audit have structural problems — bad data, mis-mapped pipelines, automations that don’t fire, reports nobody trusts. We’re not here to sell you more licences. We’re here to make what you already own actually work.

Do you rip out everything and start from scratch?

Almost never. The cost — in budget, time, and team disruption — almost always outweighs the benefit. We start with an audit, find what’s broken and why, and fix those things first. We only recommend replacing platforms when the business case is clear and the migration is worth it.
